Community Volunteers Needed - Saturday, April 27th!

Come and help out your neighbors in Rancho Cordova! We'll be doing general home repairs and maintenance. Let's improve lives and revitalize communities! We need both skilled and unskilled volunteers who are enthusiastic and wanting to help out. We'll provide all the tools and equipment needed for a great day.

The workdays begin at 8am and continues until the work is done!

Rise and Speak Experience

This life changing experience begins with a retreat to complete a life review, pick a defining moment from your life and craft a story that highlights the lessons or blessings you have to give from having lived that experience. 

After the retreat we will meet five more times, four online to practice and refine your talk and fifth time in-person to rehearse your talk before performing it live in front of a loving and enthusiastic audience. Additionally, you will receive a personal 1-on-1 coaching session to help you fine tune your message and get in top shape for the show. Participants are not required to perform their talk at the show. All proceeds on show night go to The Amani Center.

Bring your kids to the Amani Center for engaging content, crafts and fun!

The Amani Center is bringing a weekly children's program for interested parents, families and anyone in the local community who wishes to help children learn meditation, yoga and other tools for remaining calm, centering themselves and being kind in the world. 

Also, join our Family Funday Potluck every last Sunday. Stay for a community potluck and gathering!

Bring the kids and a dish to share for the monthly potluck and let's connect in the community, Amani! See you there!
